How Transport Works Page

From Pickup to Delivery — What to Expect

We make nationwide pet transport simple, safe, and stress-free. Here’s how our system works from start to finish:

Step 1: Request a Trip

Fill out our quick form or call us directly with your travel details. We’ll ask about your pet(s), your timeline, and any special needs.

Step 2: Confirmation Call

We don’t believe in automated bookings. Once we review your request, we’ll call you to confirm details, explain options (Private, Semi-Private, or Economy), and answer questions.

Step 3: Pickup Day

On transport day, we arrive at your home (or agreed meeting spot), meet your pet(s), review supplies, and make sure everything is set. Each pet is placed in a clean, secure crate sized for comfort.

Step 4: On the Road

During travel, pets follow structured routines:

  • Rest Stops: Scheduled breaks for potty, play, and stretching for those fully vaccinated and capable

  • Feeding: According to your instructions with water 24/7

  • Comfort Items: Blankets, toys, or treats from home help reduce stress.

  • Updates: We send you progress updates along the way so you always know how your pet is doing.

Step 5: Safe Delivery

We deliver your pet(s) directly to the drop-off location you provided. Pets are released calmly and safely, with care notes passed along.

Owner Checklist (What to Send With Your Dog)

  • Food (enough for the trip + 2 extra days)

  • Written feeding schedule & care instructions

  • Favorite blanket or toy

*Please keep all items the size of a backpack
